In any immediate threat to life on Irish soil, Garda, Ambulance and Fire are reached free of charge on 112 or 999 before any community line.

Confidential & multilingual

Our duty officers respond in English, French, Lingala, Swahili and Irish. Every case is logged confidentially and handled with diplomatic-grade discretion.

End-to-end case tracking

Repatriation, detention, bereavement, housing and welfare cases are tracked through the secure consular portal until full resolution.
