24/7 hotline
Confidential, French- or English-speaking duty officer on call at all times. In any life-threatening emergency on Irish soil, dial 112 or 999 first.
Repatriation
Coordination of repatriation of remains to the DRC, including liaison with funeral homes, diplomatic posts, airlines and family in Ireland and at home.
Welfare cases
Emergency assistance for community members in acute distress — homelessness, medical crisis, family separation — through CCI's partner network of Irish charities and faith communities.
