Mentorship
Structured 1:1 mentorship pairing Congolese students in Ireland with established professionals across STEM, law, medicine, business, the arts and the public sector.
How it works
Students submit a profile; mentors are matched within four weeks based on field, ambition and geography. Pairings run for an academic year with monthly check-ins.
Mentor commitment
Mentors commit to one hour per month, written feedback on the mentee's CV and personal statement, and one in-person meeting per term where logistics allow.
Become a mentor
Established Congolese professionals in Ireland and Europe are invited to volunteer. Mentors receive briefing materials, safeguarding training and access to the mentor network.
