Youth Council
A 12-member elected Youth Council (ages 16–28) advises the CCI Board on issues affecting Congolese youth in Ireland: education, integration, identity and opportunity.
Leadership programme
An annual cohort of 25 young Congolese receive structured mentorship, leadership training and a placement with a partner organisation across Ireland's public, corporate or NGO sectors.
Youth Leader of the Year
Recognised at the Annual Excellence Awards, the prize honours a young Congolese under 30 whose impact has shaped community, civic or professional life in Ireland.
